Various Companies Just Taking My Money!!!!
It started with Wintergreen Resort double-charging me for lift fees. Next, the Town of Dewey Beach double-charged me for a weekend's parking. (I never got the money back despite about five phone calls explaining the whole thing.) Next, Target charged me for $80 worth of stuff when all I bought was a pack of gum, two Pepsis, and two Honda Element Matchbox cars. That took two months of several phone calls a week to straighten out. They even told me my bank would have to eat the loss even though they admitted it was their cashier's fault! Then a Chinese food restaurant overcharged me and then tried to credit me in such a messed-up way that the bank had to put a block on my card, to my embarrassment. Then, the Atlantic Sands Hotel of Rehoboth Beach managed to process a minimum of eight transactions on my bank card when I stayed there one night! In trying to sort that hotel mess out, I discovered yet another company overcharged me--a bike company and I'm not going to say who. And today, I look at my credit card statement and there's Gold's Gym charging me again.
What the hell???? Do I look rich??? Do companies really think we as consumers not going to notice this stuff? What gives them to the right to assault our bank cards and credit cards just for doing business with them at one point?!!!!!
I didn't sign for that; I didn't sign for that; I didn't sign for that.
